I am a Kansas City criminal defense lawyer, who represents people being investigated for or charged with crimes in federal or state courts in Missouri and Kansas. I founded The Gromowsky Law Firm, LLC in 2005 after working as a judicial law clerk, a state prosecutor, and an associate at a civil firm. Since 2005, I have represented people charged with white collar crimes, murder, assault, drug charges, gun charges, robbery, stealing, and a number of other felony and misdemeanor offenses. Three times, the federal courts have appointed me to represent people facing the death penalty—twice at the trial stage and once on appeal. If you are interested in knowing more about me, here is a copy of my resume.
Aside from my day job, I am a husband to a wonderful wife and a dad to three awesome kids, which means I am also a soccer and basketball coach, scouting volunteer, and taxi driver.
I am proud to be a U.S. Army veteran, and I am grateful to the men and women who continue to watch our backs.
